You can apply online or by telephone and decisions are made quickly. The final decision is based on your individual circumstances, including your personal credit profile, how much you want to borrow and the loan period. Consultation and Design
We always start by listening and learning about what it is you want and would like to achieve.
The possibilities are endless with what can be done to your garden and driveway so we understand that choosing the right materials and layout out a job can be daunting.
If you’re looking for some inspiration, we will be able to show you examples of designs, advise on materials that compliment your property, help with the layout and orientation which will best suit your needs and bring samples for your chosen materials.
Receive your quotation.
After finalising the details of your project you’ll then receive your no hidden charges quotation which will cover all aspects of the project.
Finance
You can now apply for the right amount of finance you need to cover the project using our easy eligibility questionnaire https://ideal4finance.com/ampm-exterior . A 10% deposit is then required to secure the installation dates and price quoted.
Installation
From here we take care of the rest. Our team will then organise the materials, machinery and manpower needed to be able to bring your dreams to life. Once we start your project, we will dedicate all our resources to ensure the work is completed to the highest standard, efficiently and hassle free to yourselves.

Can I finance a patio?
Yes. AMPM Landscaping and Garden Rooms over a variety of finance options for all of our landscaping and garden rooms work. We have an easy to use page which lets you know within a few minutes if you are eligible for finance.

How long should a patio last?
When a patio is correctly installed it should last 20+ years. Environmental intrusions such as tree roots or earth shifting will affect the lifespan, but a correctly laid patio should retain structurally sound for decades.
All of AMPM Landscaping and Garden Rooms patios are laid with longevity in mind, we use only the best bonding agents, adhesives in our motor mixes and laying techniques to ensure the maximum lifespan of your patio.
Are porcelain patios better than natural stone patios?
Porcelain patios are durable and easy to clean. Natural stone patios are hardwearing, cost effective and age well. AMPM Landscaping and Garden Rooms are experts in porcelain paving, limestone and sandstone patios.
How much is a garden room?
The size, cladding option, choice of lighting, and fixture finishes will all play a big part in the final price of a garden room so we are happy to give you a quote. The smallest size we offer is a 2.5mx 2.5m which start from £7500-
How long before I can walk on my new patio?
This mostly depends on the weather but on average it will be walkable on within 24-48hrs.
After a week the patio will reach approximately 70% of its full strength and could take months to reach its full strength.
